Thank you for your review and sorry to hear you are not happy with the sink mats. We recommend washing these in the dishwasher regularly. I have sent through an email as we do have metal sink grids as an alternative, so please don't hesitate to let me know if you'd like to see if we have one of these to suit your sink.

“For this price I would have expected a good quality lock that works.
Tongue wouldn't release from inside the lock, and took my husband hours of gentle scraping paint away on the inside for the spring to release. It is designed so tight that the paint inside isn't allowed for.
We needed to install and not return as our door wouldn't shut and was blowing in the wind.
It should be standard practice to check each lock after manufacturing for functionality before being sent out, won't buy tradco again.”

“Very pink in colour. the photo really has a different tone. Just be careful when ordering through here as if you have to return something you are charged an initial shipping fee then return postage and then a restocking fee! I got caught out. it wasnt until i asked about returning that i was sent the terms about the restocking fees. Also item took a lot longere to arrive as apparently (after i contacted the buisness) there was some computer glitch that then meant that i waited a fair bit longer to recieve the items and missed the opportunity to have our builder install them. Really unfortunate experience.”

Thanks for your review and I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the item or our returns process.
We do state in our returns policy which is available on our website, that return shipping is at your expense, and that some manufacturers charge a restocking fee. We don't charge one ourselves, but we have to pass this on unfortunately.
Regarding the colour, I have sent you an email if you can reply with some photos, if you belive the item is not as advertised, so we can pass this on to the manufacturer.
