Your order was shipped out the date after you made your purchase, which is typically normal for processing times.
Once the item gets sent out, it is in the mail services hands, so we cannot do anything in regards to any delays that could be expected as we are nearing the holiday season.
We are very sorry if you did not recieve your items as fast as you needed them to, however, we do recommend opting in for the expedited shipping option when you are nearing checkout so you can get it as fast as you might need it!

“Got this as we have no potable water for at least another month due to hurricane issues and my wife has surgical wounds. So I heat up 4 gallons of already boiled water and she has a nice warm shower with no risk of infection. It is so easy to use and the battery really does last. Going on 2 weeks and expect it to go 3/4 months as advertised. Great product. Hopefully the next one will have a built in heater but you can easily make do without.”
