“My small business operates out of a local farmers market / food vendor night market and the RinseKit Pro is a perfect solution for having water on the ready. I put the RinseKit Pro on top of a camping sink table and I get a perfect portable rinsing station. I use 2.5 gallon water bags to refill the RinseKit whenever I need it and I have running water during my entire night at my events. This is a great creative solution if you're in the market for running water at your event.”

After looking back at previous correspondences between yourself and put customer service team, it appears that after many attempts to help get your issues resolved a final conclusion was unanimously made to give you a refund. We apologize for the experience you had with your Kit as well as our company. We strive for customer satisfaction and will take all of your feedback into account. Just as a reminder, the hole located on the back of the PRO is there as a drainage hole, as a precaution, in case the unit leaks from the inside, the water will not reach the electrical components. Additionally, the charger will come out of the charging port with a firm pull, the lock points designated on the charging port keep the charger in place, so it does not come out easily. Again, we thank you for all of the insights you have provided us of our newest product, and we will provide it to our manufacturers during our next round of production.
