“Rinsekit shipped with faulty spray nozzle. Emailed customer service because I needed the nozzle before leaving for a wilderness trip where this was to be my shower for 1 week. Even though I left detailed info on where to send the part, they contacted me 2 days later to ask what was wrong. At this point it was too late to get anything shipped so I went to Home Depot and spent $18 to replace the nozzle. The unit works fine now, but customer service dropped the ball here. Hope it lasts since my 2 other previous generation Original rinsekit and rinsekit plus leak badly...each one lasted less than a year.”

“tried contacting several times, could not get a hold of someone. when I put water in, noticed a hole in the front and got water all in my trunk spilling most of the water making my car smell”

“It works as advertised although I think $300 is a little pricey for what you get. I was very disappointed to learn it has a nicad battery. I assumed it had a lithium battery like everything else these days. The nozzle seems cheap and light weight. It leaks a little when you’re done using it too. The worst part is the handle. When it’s full of water, it looks and feels like it’s going to break off the sides of the bucket.”

Kept refilling it daily and heated the water for our nightly showers. RinseKit lasted the whole trip. I’m Extremely Happy with our purchase.”
