“tried contacting several times, could not get a hold of someone. when I put water in, noticed a hole in the front and got water all in my trunk spilling most of the water making my car smell”

Thank you for taking the time to review your PRO. We apologize for the issues you have run into. The hole on the back of the PRO is there intentionally as a drainage hole in case the bucket fills with water. We have received your warranty claim and our CSR will reach out to you shortly!

“It works as advertised although I think $300 is a little pricey for what you get. I was very disappointed to learn it has a nicad battery. I assumed it had a lithium battery like everything else these days. The nozzle seems cheap and light weight. It leaks a little when you’re done using it too. The worst part is the handle. When it’s full of water, it looks and feels like it’s going to break off the sides of the bucket.”

“Two words, game changer!! Where oh where has this amazing device been all my life? This has changed our lives. We’ve been able to rinse our paddle boards and rinse off two people and still have plenty of water left. I have used it to shower off in a parking lot after a sweaty bike ride before work, and take it with us every time we go to the beach. We get comments everywhere about how cool it is and how fast we can clean off the gear and get packed up. We’ve only had it a few weeks but have put this thing to the test almost daily at this point and it hasn’t failed us yet! It would be nice to have a water level indicator somehow but that is the only feedback we have.”
