“I purchased 2 nozzles and when I received my package there was only one in the package. I contacted customer service thru email and they apologized for the mistake and said that will ship out the other ASAP. I love this product for when I go camping. Iƒ??m on my second nozzle as for some reason they crack and they start to leak. It could be because I live in a cold weather climate and after the fall I should bring my Rinse Kit into the house.”
“These guys know how to take care of their customers. Love the product, such a simple and GREAT concept. We use our RinseKit on our boat all the time.”
“Fast shipping on this item. My only complaint is that I've only used my rinse kit about 6 times and the spray nozzle corroded from the inside. The spring fell out in pieces.”
“I love my RinseKit! When the spray nozzle cracked, I was stoked that I was able to get just that part for a fair price and it came to my house quickly. Didnƒ??t file a warranty claim as I no longer have the receipt. . . But I do love my kit and recommend to all of my buddies who get in the water frequently!!!! Best gift ever for Fatherƒ??s Day!”
“The only reason that you have not gotten 5 stars is because my purchase had two pieces to it. And so far only 1 has been shipped. The rinse kit is great. But it would be nice to have my complete purchase!”
