“I sent in my engagement ring for an alteration and these space cadets mailed me two of the wrong rings. Then after waiting well
beyond the delivery window for my ring refused to send me my ring until I sent the mistakenly sent ring back. They LOST MY RING. Then, after getting the ring back the diamonds were improperly set. It made the band like grey in one spot. We ended up going to a separate jeweler to get everything fixed properly. Ritani is the worst jeweler ever! They also will not help you solve your issue, just pass you from customer service rep to service rep. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for an engagement ring.”
