“I had a fantastic experience with everyone I worked with at Ritani. The customer service and gemologists really helped me narrow down the perfect setting and diamond ring. I was able to preview it in my home city with an expert named Candice. She did an amazing job explaining everything I needed to know. Absolutely love how the ring turned out—I got a much higher graded diamond than what I could have at my local jeweler!”

“Entire process was made very easy, website is well built, I appreciated the 3D rendering of the ring as you customized it. “In the end I am happy with the product. But after not receiving the product beyond the shipping estimate, I had to ask for status multiple times and it turned out the diamonds were not available and had to be replaced. I would have had a better experience if I were notified of the delays rather than having to ask.”
