“The quality of the diamond earrings for the price was excellent. However, the free appraisal was disappointing. It was incorrect and according to the customer support autogenerated. When they attempted to correct it, they just removed the incorrect carat weight and explained that the quotes were autogenerated and not created by a gemologist as advertised. This is very misleading and disappointing. However, the earrings themselves did match as advertised.”
