Deliver was late and also ordered a size 6.5 ring and got a size 7. Now I have to send it back and wait 4 weeks till it’s returned to my wife that’s only had for a week

I had my original Ritani engagement ring reset. While I am happy with the new setting Ritani lost my old setting and has now sent me a cheaper setting to replace it. Shipping dates were not followed through on by Ritani and my finished ring was shipped too early as someone at Ritani "did not see the dates in the notes". There appears to be extreme miscommunication within the company and as a result customer service is very poor. I expect to be made whole from Ritani's loss of my original setting. Still working on that.

Shipper gave my package to another tenant in my building and forged signature. Be careful and make sure you are waiting at the door during your delivery period.

I purchased two lab created diamonds from Ritani for them to set as a pair of earring studs. I received IGI certifications with the earrings showing both were D VVS2, which is what I ordered and what I paid for. I had the earrings appraised, as I do for all my jewelry, by a local jeweler who I have done business with for 30 years and who has been in business for over 50 years. I found out that the diamonds were instead a color of G/H. I am surprised, and very disappointed, that Ritani didn't immediately see that these were not color D diamonds before setting them and shipping them to me as color D. The difference between a color D and G/H should be immediately obvious to a jeweler. It was certainly obvious to my eye. Yet they set and sold stones that were visibly not even close to what what represented.

Dealing with Ritani has been a nightmare. Not sure what’s going on with the craftsmanship but it’s gone seriously downhill and the lack of communication when trying to get work fixed is terrible. We’ve spent thousands and can’t even get email reply from management. It used to be great. Not sure what happened.

Terrible! Bought a $4.5k engagement ring and it was mailed to me on a torn piece of cardboard secured by some clearwrap stretched over it. Documtation was bent and damaged! Sent an email to complain which was ignored. Never again will I purchase anything from you!

I was guaranteed to get my order by Christmas (ordered in December 13th) and it arrived in December 28th. I contacted customer service three times about the issue and it was not resolved. I was even told I would be emailed back about the failed guarantee and that never happened. As a repeat customer, the customer service was terrible and I will likely no longer use Ritani. Once the order was slated for shipment, the delivery took place overnight as mentioned.

The purchase has not arrived yet. Being at home, waiting for it , and DHL doesn t deliver stating nobody is home, though they don t show up. No phone to call and still waiting for it - Not happy

Didn’t like the material. Looked cheap. Diamond was practically yellow the diamonds on the ring weren’t of good quality. Was interested in purchasing a new ring and working with a designer. Received and sent a couple of emails with what my vision was but eventually stopped getting a response from the young lady. I should also mention that when I showed up to my “showing” appointment, they weren’t even expecting me. Didn’t have my ring there and had to wait longer then normal for them to find out where it could be. Went with blue Nile and superb service so far. Picking up my ring from them in about a week

I have no idea where my earrings are that I just custom ordered. They were suppose to arrive on 1/25 and they didn’t, so I called Ritani and the representative that I spoke with stated she would call me back never called back. No idea where my $800 earring are 1/27. So much for overnight. Fed ex keeps pushing the date out. Def declining charges on my card.
