Dealing with Ritani has been a nightmare. Not sure what’s going on with the craftsmanship but it’s gone seriously downhill and the lack of communication when trying to get work fixed is terrible.
We’ve spent thousands and can’t even get email reply from management. It used to be great. Not sure what happened.
