I had my original Ritani engagement ring reset. While I am happy with the new setting Ritani lost my old setting and has now sent me a cheaper setting to replace it. Shipping dates were not followed through on by Ritani and my finished ring was shipped too early as someone at Ritani "did not see the dates in the notes". There appears to be extreme miscommunication within the company and as a result customer service is very poor. I expect to be made whole from Ritani's loss of my original setting. Still working on that.
