I was guaranteed to get my order by Christmas (ordered in December 13th) and it arrived in December 28th. I contacted customer service three times about the issue and it was not resolved. I was even told I would be emailed back about the failed guarantee and that never happened. As a repeat customer, the customer service was terrible and I will likely no longer use Ritani.
Once the order was slated for shipment, the delivery took place overnight as mentioned.
