Pricing was better than Blue Nile for equivalent product, but disappointed they packed damaged earrings and shipped them to me. Stems were significantly marred and bent.

Everything with the diamonds was good. But the daily misleading marketing emails. Jesus, they make me regret. Ive tried repeatedly to unsubscribe, then report junk, then block sender, and every day ritani shows up asking me to spend money on junk I don't want.

I purchased 2 gold diamond initial chains. Although they were in a nice box, they both came knotted up like they were thrown into the box. It took me about 45 mins to unknot Thank goodness I didnt give them as gifts. I sent photos to your customer service. Not much help.

First time buying jewelry online, expensive jewelry at that. Super quick service and UI was great! They do offer one-time free resizing. Little did I know, different jewelry shops have different ring size measurements. Tje ring I bought was too big so I sent it back to get it resized. It still ended up being too big..Would be nice if they offered more than one-time free resizing as it's difficult to get an accurate resizing when it's all done through guesses.

Changed my delivery date three times, was starting to get nervous that Ritani would cancel my order. But I was relieved when I say the charge was in progress ,and item with tracking and photo of courier emailed to me. Item was delivered and Diamond Stubs were exactly as ordered. During the holidays expect delays. I will try another product, just not during the holidays.

The first diamond I received I did not like. So sent back and ordered another diamond for the setting. There was a mix up and just the diamond was sent without the setting. So back that went until I finally got my completed ring which I love I spent a lot of time on the phone. All of the representatives were wonderful though.

In the end I am happy with the product. But after not receiving the product beyond the shipping estimate, I had to ask for status multiple times and it turned out the diamonds were not available and had to be replaced. I would have had a better experience if I were notified of the delays rather than having to ask.

The rating is dependent on or due to my interactions with the customer service representative assisting me, Onesty. My order was significantly delayed, and my wedding date was fast approaching. The delay in my order, which I only learned about when I contacted Ritani, had a significant impact on my wedding plans. There was no proactive communication alerting me of the delay. I understand my credit card will only be charged until the order ships, which was not the case with my order. My credit card was charged on the ship date reflected when I made the order. I asked Onesty if there is a service recovery she can offer, like a temporary ring we can use for the wedding. She obliged and made it happen, to which I am so grateful. After the wedding, I contacted her about returning the temporary ring to Ritani and asked when I might receive the ring I ordered and paid for. It’s when I learned that it is again delayed for another month. In addition, she sent me Bank Wire Instructions for payment for the ring. Remember, when I placed the order months prior, they had already charged my credit card for the ring. When I canceled the order and requested a refund, I immediately received a phone call asking me to reconsider. When was this proactive communication while waiting to receive the ring for my wedding? This entirely left a sour taste in my mouth. I believe Ritani is reputable and offers great products. I hope that sharing this experience serves as an improvement opportunity in serving customers facing one of the most significant moments in their lives—getting married. Proactive communication coupled with a service recovery of some sort will go a long way, especially around hectic and, at times, stressful wedding preparations.

I ordered the 3 carat diamond tennis bracelet advertised. It is beautiful; however, so very tiny. It's about 1/4 the size of my 1 carat diamond tennis bracelet. So, I'm questioning if it's actually 3 carats.

The diamonds and design are above stellar! Actually getting it made correctly (custom order) and shipped in a timely manner was sub par. Customer service was on point initially then lost contact. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’m still trying to get resolutions. Another thing that was shocking, besides all of the errors with my order, was because of the high price point, my order came with free earrings that were valued at $450. These earrings were tossed loose into the bottom of my shipping box. No presentation box. Nothing. Like it was an after thought and literally tossed in before shipping. Oh and I had to call to get the appropriate paperwork to have my pieces insured. When you spend $12k+ … none of this should happen. A general sorry was what I got via email and it’s still not made right. It’s ridiculous. This kind of error should have been handled with a phone call not a series of emails.

The quality of the diamond earrings for the price was excellent. However, the free appraisal was disappointing. It was incorrect and according to the customer support autogenerated. When they attempted to correct it, they just removed the incorrect carat weight and explained that the quotes were autogenerated and not created by a gemologist as advertised. This is very misleading and disappointing. However, the earrings themselves did match as advertised.

Unfortunately I’ve had two bad experiences with Ritani diamonds. The first time I made a purchase for a relatively large heart diamond and it wasn’t until the date of delivery that I was informed they could not locate it and I had to select another. The second time I purchased two 30. Round diamonds. It wasn’t until the expected delivery date that I checked the tracking and was informed it would not arrive till a week later. I myself am a jeweler and it’s unfortunate to get a date of delivery and not be updated along the way of any change in status. It’s frustrating that both times had to reach out myself and be met with disappointing news. The second time they gave me options of other diamonds to select but I ended up waiting for the match that I originally selected. The customer service representatives were polite it’s just a strange process that both times I was suggested to pick different diamonds one of which couldn’t be found and the others could not be shipped on time. On the other side of it I was satisfied with the diamonds themselves I selected. Good prices for certified diamonds.

The diamond was great, I would give a 5 star if it's not for the shipping. If you can improve or change the partner with the international shipping that will be great truly hate the delivery service with this ring. I understand that you guys used. Third party company for international shipping and they ended up hand it over to DHL. DHL left the $7000CAD worth of ring on the front step without asking for signature. Luckily we are work from home, and when I rushed out to stop them from leaving and said I want to check the item is in there, the guys says"not my problem" and left anyway

I picked out a set of diamond earrings. I was emailed that my order was ready after 3 days and was awaiting shipment. After another week, I had not recieved my order or an email that they were mailed. I called and was told they'd "look into it" and email me later. The next day I called again. They stated that they had sold one of the diamonds and they were trying to find a new one to match. After another day they contacted me and found a .97 CT diamond, but I had originally ordered two 1 CT diamonds. It was for my wife's birthday and they said they'd overnight what they had and we could exchange it later so she'd at least have a gift in time. Unfortunately the item didn't make it in time. The length of time in between my order date and today (I still don't have the earrings and her birthday was yesterday) had been way too long. Almost 3 weeks. The representative was trying to help, but the account if time they wasted before I was able to call in was just too much. I am not likely to buy more diamonds from ritani.

Good so far… ordered 3 one carat round diamond pendants on behalf of my father, for his 3 daughters. They are lovely but the clasp on one has broken already… And not sure how to reach customer service…

I am not happy with the band I decided on. I feel it is slightly misrepresented in the pictures. The pictures make it appear wider than it truly is. I will be returning the ring and hopefully finding something new. Had to completely redo the timing of asking the big question.

Customer service was bad but the ring is beautiful and the prices are definitely lower than mnay other online diamond and lab diamond vendors.
