“Finding a diamond was simple with the powerful online search tool! I appreciated the transparency of seeing the markup on the price page, and everyone I spoke with on the phone was kind and courteous. The only fly in the soup was receiving a ring box that was already falling apart and being told that I couldn't get a replacement until we sent it in for cleaning.”

“I ordered earth diamond studs for my wife for Christmas. I was able to pick the exact stones for the supplier inventory and found them to be offered at a fair price and slightly less than some other online competitors. I received periodic updates as the stones were secured and received and overall the communication was excellent and the completed studs were delivered exactly when promised with the GIA certs. The only negative is my order qualified for a free pair of lab diamond studs but they were not included with my order; they would have made a nice gift for my daughter.”

“Purchased a diamond. Received an email within 24 hours that the diamond wasn't available. Unfortunate, but didn't have to wait very long. Looking for another one. Customer service seems to be good.”

“I am very happy with the products. Pricing is good. Sometimes when you pick you diamonds, and then when they received the orders, the diamonds are no longer available. So you have to pick something else again. this is the only part that is a little confusing but other than that, they are very good informing everything about the steps to get our diamonds to you.”

Thank you, Anh! Yes, much like many other retailers we share a live inventory of diamonds with other retailers. This can cause an unavailable to happen from time to time because of this. We do our best to keep our inventory updated to minimize this from happening! And if it does happen we always offer similar if not better options to replace it with! Thank you again!

“The quality is great. The highlight was the customer service. Anna was with me every step of the way and help me make the best choices for what i am looking for and the budget. The prices are better than other places and the option to have 18k gold was also great. I removed one star because I met with the expert pro at Starbucks. Which caught me off guard initally. I expected to go to a store or office. I was pleased that she was kind patient and communicated well but did not expect to meet a starbucks and was a little bit concerned for the safety”

“Quality items, love that you can be so detailed with your diamond specs when shopping loose diamonds. The only downside is that diamonds are usually coming to ritani from other vendors and it can take weeks (or a month) for them to show up.”
