The diamond is rotated a bit. The longtime of the diamond is not perpendicular to the band”

“This is my first time ordering a halo diamond ring from Ritani. 1.87 carat. Pictures attached.
It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mother...but it's February now and we're still working on it. The ring I had chosen came and it was gorgeous, but one of tiny the side diamonds fell out during transport. I contacted Ritani via chat within 1 hour of receiving the ring from the delivery truck. They were prompt with an apology and sent me instructions on returning and provided pre-paid overnight label. I ended up choosing an upgrade to the diamond and a better ring setting. So far, I don't have a great first impression with quality since the side diamond fell out of its placement during transport that knocked the inside box out of its ribbon anchors. The box is classy and black, and elegant. It's been 5-star customer service and very prompt responses from their reps via email and phone calls. The website does claim to have a lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects. I would definitely also consider getting ring insurance now after what happened with the first ring.

“Website was easy to use and they are upfront about the price and details. I was very happy with the diamond but the only critical thing I would say is that once I ordered the diamond I got a notice saying they had to procure it from the supplier first and that I might not get it. I got what I ordered but if I hadn’t, this review would be very different. I don’t like that practice, you either have it or you don’t. Don’t get people hopes up to potentially crash them down. Oh and also the website email said I would have it next day by 12 pm so I stayed home all day only to have the tracking number tell me 2 days later than the email. Overall my experience was good and I am happy with my purchase, just giving constructive criticism to make things better.”
“The ease of buying was great. All of the buying tools helped guide me to the right stone and band. When I made the purchase I was given a delivery date that worked for what I was planning. A day or two later I was given another delivery date that still worked with my plans. Then nothing and the ring showed up 5 days later and caused me to propose without the ring.”

“The whole process was very easy. The only thing that I can put fault on this purchase is that I was told that I would need to sign for the package. This was not true, the delivery driver left the package by the door and didn't even bother to ring the doorbell. Thanks to my video doorbell, I knew someone was at the door. I was able to retrieve the package. Otherwise, it could have been stolen.”
“My only complaint was I picked out two different lab grown diamonds and after going thru the process of ordering . I got the email then next day saying they were not available, these were coming from over seas and bought before my order was placed with there supplier, but, they made me very satisfied with the costumer service , the person I spoke with made it her point to find a locally lab grown diamond to have in the very short time I had to work with and even cut the price to match the what I already had pick out before. I would same I am very satisfied, just had a couple hiccups along the way.”

“Great products. Diamonds are amazing, settings are more than sufficient. Customer service is sub par. Had to reach out to multiple reps multiple times with questions about my order. They were not the most responsive. customer service was on vacation for about 5 days total after placing my order.”
