“Great products. Diamonds are amazing, settings are more than sufficient. Customer service is sub par. Had to reach out to multiple reps multiple times with questions about my order. They were not the most responsive. customer service was on vacation for about 5 days total after placing my order.”

“I had good experience with Ritani. The only comment I would make is that the tracking of diamond was difficult. I had to reach out via the phone multiple times to see when I would be receiving shipping information. Otherwise than that, the phone calls were pleasant and the diamond arrived on time. Thank you!”

“The Diamond I ordered is gorgeous, and it was an amazing price. The delivery took way longer than originally expected, and I got multiple stories as to why...however customer service was exquisite. I don't know the last time I called an 800 number and immediate spoke to a well spoken human. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.”

“There was a problem getting the diamond that I originally ordered. However, another diamond was recommended to me that was comparable and the same price. Lizbeth, my customer service representative, was amazing! She answered my many many questions with courtesy and respect and kept me fully updated. I have received my diamond and am fully satisfied.”

“Ritani's customer service is very good, even in the pandemic-plagued Christmas 2020 season. As to the product purchased, it was very small compared to its description on Ritani's website and the price paid for it. If my wife does not like it for those reasons, we will return it. If she likes it, then that will be great.”

“Product was fair priced and high quality, but slightly dimmer than expected. Suprise diamonds were not near as visible as shown in the image. I’d still recommend ritani, but customers should also compare to JamesAllen”

“Picking out a ring could be stressful but customer service was so great to work with. Received my ring within a week and it was gorgeous. The only thing I would like to note is I had purchased a platinum ring and got 14kt. However I called Ritani and they immediately sent me a returned FedEx shipment and I was able to get it shipped back to them in no time. I’m hoping to get my ring back next week.”
