There was a problem getting the diamond that I originally ordered. However, another diamond was recommended to me that was comparable and the same price. Lizbeth, my customer service representative, was amazing! She answered my many many questions with courtesy and respect and kept me fully updated. I have received my diamond and am fully satisfied.
