Picking out a ring could be stressful but customer service was so great to work with. Received my ring within a week and it was gorgeous. The only thing I would like to note is I had purchased a platinum ring and got 14kt. However I called Ritani and they immediately sent me a returned FedEx shipment and I was able to get it shipped back to them in no time. I’m hoping to get my ring back next week.
