The quality is great. The highlight was the customer service. Anna was with me every step of the way and help me make the best choices for what i am looking for and the budget. The prices are better than other places and the option to have 18k gold was also great.
I removed one star because I met with the expert pro at Starbucks. Which caught me off guard initally. I expected to go to a store or office. I was pleased that she was kind patient and communicated well but did not expect to meet a starbucks and was a little bit concerned for the safety
