“I purchased 2 gold diamond initial chains. Although they were in a nice box, they both came knotted up like they were thrown into the box. It took me about 45 mins to unknot Thank goodness I didnt give them as gifts. I sent photos to your customer service. Not much help.”

While the jewelry itself meets expectations in terms of quality and aesthetics, the packaging falls short. The box appears rather inexpensive and doesn't complement the elegance of the jewelry inside. Having previously purchased from James Allen, I noticed a significant difference in presentation quality. Overall, I'm satisfied with the ring and diamond quality, but Ritani could enhance the customer experience by upgrading their packaging to match the premium nature of their jewelry products.”
