Getting ahold of someone in customer service took over a week, three emails and about 10 calls. When I finally was able to talk to a representative, they told me that it’s normal to receive “elongated” stones. If I wanted an elongated diamond, I would have bought an emerald cut.
Needless to say I retuned the earrings, but did not repurchase a replacement.”
