“I expected much better. When ordering $13k custom earrings I expected them to be delivered perfectly and also have the appraisal so I can have them insured. Instead I got delivered two loose diamonds. No settings. Of course they took them back and made it right but by then our wedding anniversary party had passed. And this amazing gift wasn’t there. I had to call and ask for the appraisal. Also, no one would call me to discuss the situation which only made me more angry. I only received one reply and it was by email, which was “I’m very sorry that happened”. I’m not likely to order again. No so much because of the mix up but more because no one would call me after several messages that I’d like to speak with someone. They weren’t nasty messages either. I think I was owed a conversation.”
