“It took over two weeks for it to be even packed in your warehouse. Still hasn’t arrived. Had to contact customer service twice because they said they’d get back to me and didn’t. Should have bought a different brand because I know this one is just going to be a waste of money.”
“I really struggle with rating this robotic mop as it does poor job at mopping and a better job at vacuuming. Therefore I would not call it a robotic mop to start with.
I was expecting better results to be honest, particularly seeing the positive reviews. I do not know if there is something wrong with my unit or it simply is not good at mopping. I first tried water only and standard mode, then the strong mode, then stain mode and after three sessions over the same area floor was stil left dirty with many spots. I then used the cleaning solution purchased from Robot My Life and not much difference. I am not sure if this is just the way it works (meaning poor mopping results are standard for this product) or my unit is faulty.
I do like how it vacuums but also with that there are number of small items (such as food crumbs) left behind when the robot announces it finished cleaning and is going home. This forces me to do two or three cleaning sessions one after another to actually get the floors cleaned which should not be the case.
Finally, the app constantly freezes. As soon as I open it to change to strong mode it hangs up and I have to wait 30-50 seconds to be able to press anything and change the setting or move to other options. That alone is another reason for low rating as it slows down the process and is very frustrating.
I struggle with decision if I want to keep it or not as for the high price I expected better results particularly when it comes to mopping as it is sold as a mop. It also was not a nice surprise to see that only a few weeks later the robot is sold at $50 less.
I would like to learn if the poor mopping and not ideal vacuuming is standard to this product or this particular unit that was shipped to me is not working properly. I have images I can share of floors after cleaning was completed to show how dirty they still were.”

After a friend who has white tiles recommended it I was sold on it.
I have laminate flooring throughout my whole house. It does a great job vacuuming and mopping the laminate through out and the tiles in the wet areas. I really liked the fact that it takes a cleaning solution!
I have a couple mats at the entrances and a area rug that unfortunately it can’t vacuum but I knew that when purchasing.
I haven’t had to lift a finger to keep my floors clean. Wahoo!!
Once the mapping is set up, it works great.
It’s voice is super cute.
It isn’t too noisy but I wouldn’t have it going when sleeping.
And it looks really nice too.
