“After numerous calls, emails to Robot my life I finally got thr unit to complete a 2 hour sweep of my pool after recalibrating it.
In my opinion the user manual plus the WyBot app could be more user friendly.”

“Bought a PoolBot B150 Cordless Robot Pool Cleaner in early December, as a xmas special for $790 ...arrived in a few days and iha actually has more functionality than expected/advertised (appears the model was upgraded from what's advertised/video) as it has wifi app to the phone and a range of etting options. It actually appears to be a somewhat rebadged Wybot C1 Pro (according to the software app). Used it about 5 times and does the job very well. Only rating 4 stars as I have not had to deal with after sales service yet.....and hopefully won't need to any time soon. [Originally was going to buy an Aiper for around $939/$899/$849, which appeared to have the same functionality as my "upgraded" Poolbot has now, but ended up cancelling the order after 3 different prices and woefult customer email response ...the whole customer experience (overseas) has put me off Aiper, including the extra $40+ charged because it's charged as $AU but billed overseas so international credit card charge 4.5%]. Robot Mt Life has an Australian address/shop so hopefully btter than dealing overseas.”
