“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEE CLOWNS! I have returned my robot without even unwrapping it as I told them I didn't want it and wanted a refund and they ignored me and sent it anyway! They are a scam in so far as there is no way to actually contact them other than by email and they do not reply in a timely manner. No after sales service has been noted by other users and given their absolute failure to reply to repeated emails, I do not doubt they will fail to support their products!

“It doesn’t climb the curved walls at the deepest end of our pool. If we set its movements to do walls and floor it runs out of battery before completing, so we set it for floor only.
Could someone advise what the two extra packets if filters are for? They don’t fit the catch box. No instructions about them”
“We've only had it a short time but so far the robot is working well. AHowever, as this was ordered from the New Zealand website but delivered (after some delay) from the Australian office and communication was almost impossible (only through more robots) we are not optimistic about parts of service happening under the guarantee.”
