“We brought the D5s to replace our current robot vacuum.
D5s has VERY low battery life. Doesn’t pick up as well as our current vacuum which is around the same price. It often doesn’t go the length of the room & continuously goes over the same spot which I would have to turn it off & back on again to stop it.
The magnetic strip it comes with does not work at all, it simply goes right over it.
After I contacted support troubleshooting was preformed with no luck. It was agreed that the return of the unit & refund was in order, unfortunately although I returned the unit l still have not received my refund & support is not helpful. I am going through ACCC for my refund.
I am not recommending it or this business.”

Next purchase will be looking at battery life. Also be looking into Mapping out rooms and the house.”
“Easy set up. Works ok. Sometimes doesn't function as it should when home/opperation commands are given.
Mapping is quite poor and it doesn't actually remember of store the map/layout of you house from previous cycles. This means you aren't able to set a cleaning program based on existing maps or areas which is especially annoying when you want to use the mop function.”
