“Absolutely love my Ultenic t10, easy to set up, I love that it empties itself. I haven't tried the mop feature but the vacuum is fantastic, most of our house is carpet and it handles it really well and appears to be picking everything up including cat hair. I'm still playing around with the app but so far it's been easy to create zones and have the vacuum only clean the rooms I choose. Best Christmas present ever.”

“Really does the job. I'm happy with it. I havnt had to vaccume since using it. Really takes a load off your shoulders especially when house work can be never ending and then to tired after work. It just helps maintains cleanliness of the floor, for when you get home after work etc. Very happy and cost is decent for it. Great working vaccume. Thinking to buy the lawn mower one next.”
“I have a wooden tiled floor but it s quite extensive. The robotic vacuum and mopping is an excellent way of keeping the floor clean. The map generated by the device is brilliant and after 2 full house cleans it has mapped out the house allowing zones. Furthermore, I have a large rug so for standard clean +mop I do not want that area cleaned. Easy to exclude and pick up as a specific vacuuming area. Really good product. Much less cost than many competitors. Not sure about after-sales as thankfully no need to contact the company. After all, I'm out exercising instead of in the house vacuuming!! 9.5/10”
