“I like the Rugged and Kenwood Handheld Radio ver much. It is a great size and works as it should. But operator manual and instruction are terrible. I have spent a couple of hours trying to turne in a channel that a group on riders use. I couldn't even find any help with YouTube. I will call Rugged and see if they can help.”

“Very durable cords. Plugs fit great and hold up to the abuse of the fire safety crew at Thunderbowl Raceway. We have used these cords for 15+ years.”

“The new headset coil resolved my problem but was a tight fit. I also noticed they are now made in China which concerns me becase I've had issues with tech replacement parts, especially dimensional issues, from there. That could explain the fit issue I noticed with my Kenwood radios.”
