“I needed a replacement for one that I’ve used for close to 10 years and had every right to wear out. This may not be the appropriate place to make this comment, but I contacted Rugged once I received the new one,and asked if they could repair the original. They did, and they did so for a total of $25 including shipping!. That’s typical great Rugged service. I’ll have a spare should I ever need one.”

“I like Rugged Radio a lot for the products they offer and how fast they get the products to you. I have one comment that is more neutral than positive or negative. I've been trying for some time to get a replacement cable to allow my radio to work with the PPT and VOIX intercom (ruggeed's) systems. I've asked the tech line a few times for assistance and have not received any feedback from them. I've reviewed almost all documents on the website too and these are too generic and don't mention cable or plug type. Since radios are not my day job I don't know which cable I need or what type of plug is needed from the intercom to the radio mic input. I decided to just buy several types of cables and cross my fingers that one will work.”
