“I had a problem with my cable that came with my helmet kit. I called and the guy at rugged Radios helped me diagnose the issue and he said another cable would be on the way. I’ll be honest. I didn’t think it would fix my issue, I had both ears when listening to my spotter, but when music was coming through it was only one ear. It all went through the same cable? But a new cable got the issue fixed. No questions asked, no proof needed. Just sent out that day. They said to let them know if that didn’t fix it and they had another thing to try. I’ll keep buying from these guys everytime”
