“As part of a large motorcycle group, we ride all over and need to communicate with each other. We've been through so many options and setups, using our Baofeng radios. Some wear half helmets and THIS IS THE SOLUTION YOU'VE WANTED. For those of us who have a full-face helmet, we're also going to purchase the "RUGGED Wired / STX Stereo Helmet Kit with Alpha Audio Speakers and Mic". Between these two setups, we'll be all set. Hi Kenny, My name is Andrew. I would like to gather a better understanding as what you mean by noisy mic. Since the headset doesn't have controls, VOX and volume are set through the intercom. Maybe a slight adjustment on the intercom will help here. If needed, we do have other headsets with volume control. I am going to contact you directly, lets discuss and get that resolved! “The headset overall works well, however the foam pads fall off really easy. Easy to loose them. They would be better if they were fastened to the frames. The hard storage case is really nice also.”

“Purchased this for guest riders that use different helmets. These fit great under helmets. Only complaint, foam earpiece covers fall off easily. First trip, two different headsets lost one each. Replacements are not available on website.”
