“We have Rugged headsets in our helmets and certainly have enjoyed them. But, we don't always need to wear our helmets so I purchased these. Very impressed, they're quieter, sound better and the volume control is handy.”

“So far these are great. I have had the OTH models for a long time and always enjoy how they sound and the comfort they provide in having conversations and blocking out the noise from the motor. I have not used the BTH models I just received yet, but in testing they sound great. Would like to have more instructions on how to use these headsets with your helmets that I also purchased that are made for headphone use. Candace (I believe was the nice lady who helped me) gave me some youtube videos to look at and was going to research for more information more specific to your systems, and I did not hear back from her. Doing my best to figure it out with the info I have and looking forward to using them. Thank You for always providing fun and informative customer service.”

“No trail time but testing went fine. My other Rugged radio/com worked great with no problems with those headphones and these new ones can only be the same or better!”
