“They weren’t very loud, couldn’t hear them while racing Revised: so Rugged Radio’s customer service is second to none. Joe reached out to me out of no where, wanting to fix the issue. He tells me he thinks he knows what the issue is and that he’d like for me to try a different set of speakers. If I was will he would mail them out and once I received them to try them and report back with my opinion of the difference speakers. Even though it was my mistake he made this right so that I would be happy with their product. This is customer service at its best. Thank you Joe and I’ll be sending more to buy these speakers.”

“As a family and I have been involved in auto racing most of our lives. Our last was a local NASCAR team. We had the radio communications and several helmets with communication installed. The worst part were the ear buds when putting helmet on and off. For recreation purposes the Velcro mount speakers are a lot more user friendly than ear buds . They are very clear and again after some positioning trial and error I am vey happy with end result. There is a lot of trial and error with these. Maybe you could supply 2 sets of the Velcro rounds so when you find the right position you can stick a fresh set in with maximum sticky. I would send install pictures but unfortunately I don’t have the helmet with me at this time”
