“I reached out to Rugged Radios tech group about an issue I was having after talking with them and trying a few things it was determined that I had a bad mic. No questions asked Rugged sent me a new mic and got me going again. Hands down the best customer service out there and that’s why I support Rugged Radios!!”

“I like the mike and works good but where it mounts to the radio is a week point and broke when my knee hit it in my RZR. I wish I could have just replaced the plug and not the whole mic.”

“The microphone appears to be heavy duty, but yet lightweight. I think it is ergonomically correct for the palm of your head and I hope to get good long service from it as I am very proud of my rugged radio and show it off to my friends and others seeking a radio in the future for their units.”

“Ordered 2 new GMR25 Radios that were delivered quickly. One radio had a bad mic. One email and a replacement mic was on the way. Radios and mic,s are great. Will be ordering more in the near future.”
