“I wanted to tell you that the antenna bracket had 2 challenges The angle was off for a JL The rubber grommet was too small diameter The fastener was the wrong pitch The through bolt would have cause a problem my kids almost drove that one in. I am available 5305197654”

“The kit took less than an hour to get put in and running. Have been playing with the radio and I'm liking it a lot. Only thing that needs to be better is the user guides/manuals. Other radios I have used have been covered better.”

“Right out of the box it is a perfect fit on my new 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. I had several other good radio choices that I had researched. I would have had to separately order a tuned antenna and its mounting bracket, a mounting bracket for the radio, and end up with more coax cable and power supply line than needed, or not enough. For my preferred location placement inside the Gladiator, the included mounting hardware is a clean and stable fit. The coax cable and power supply line is measured and finished with appropriate connections for an exact fit without any excess. The installation instructions were easy to follow for an invisible install under the hood. From unboxing through cleanup, give yourself an hour(+/- a little) and you'll have a superior quality group communication GMRS radio for your endless adventures. I have paired this kit with a set of handhelds for my family and friends as they spot or scout the trail ahead. I could have easily done the install myself and I had never installed a radio before. However, I asked a good friend who is a life-long Ham radio operator and has installed many set-ups on other rigs to assist me. His comment was that this kit made it simple and easy and that the quality of product from the antenna to the radio itself was an excellent choice. Thank you for making my decision a no-brainer.”
