“I’ve bought the wire boom headseat 10 years ago and I was using it once or twice a year. Early this year I restarted lessons and I started using it once or twice a week. The headset has always been in a bag but a month ago I noticed the microphone wire started cracking and insulation falling apart exposing the conductors. I’ve contacted Rugged Radios team and told me to ship it so they can take a look. They replaced the wire and sent it back to me. Awesome costumer service.”
