“I’ve had my Rugged system for years with the helmet kit installed. Decided to try the pumper Helmet and the Audio volume is low. Once the pumper is turned on It’s hard to make out what anyone on Comm is saying and can’t make out any music.”

Hi Joshua, The audio from the helmet kit should be loud and clear even with the pumper on. You are more than welcome to send in the helmet for diagnosis.
