“Well first let's just say thank you rugged radios. I purchase this radio from Amazon. Got to use the radio a month later and it didn't work I could barely hear anything. Contacted rugged radios and we were able to figure out the problem was the ear buds. They sent me a new set absolutely free. And now my radio works great. Best radio I've had bye far. And the best customer service. Thank you again Rugged radio”
