“I know the programming was limited to what we had on file. I would like to get them back in to make some changes. I was not able to use the radios like I had hoped because one of the channels is missing a PL tone. Channel labels would have helped my crew to figure out what channel was what. Again, not your guys fault at all. The fast turnaround after the order was placed was impressive and thank you for that.”

“I sent my radio in to have it programmed for the repeaters in my area. Got it back a couple of days later everything works great. The tech support (Andrew) and the sales team (Candace) were super supportive and helpful during the process. Thank you Rugged Radio Team for all the help.”
