“The wires pulled out of the button before i could even mount it onto the steering wheel and of course this is the one thing they will not warranty. They even send a note in the pacage that wires pulled out of the button will not be warranted. I took the button apart and you can see the soldering was very cheaply done. Thankfully i am able to solder and reconnected the wires myself. Will look other places for the button next time and recommend others do as well.”
