“We got a couple extra radios for Baja, and i was carrying one for the 250. I had a mechanical and a crash and needed to get ahold of my pit guys. The sat phone i had wouldnt connect, but thanks to my R1 i was able to get ahold of my pit team and get some help. When in doubt, R1 will get you out!”
