Small radio with big power. Great for all frequency bands!

Rugged has their radios locked so you cant program them on the go. Very inconvenient.

My friends and I use the handheld radio with helmet kits for riding in Colorado each fall. We take rides between 30-70 miles with lots of great wildlife and other sites and having these radios to communicate really helps for us all to see everything.

That's some awesome trail riding! We are so happy to hear that you're staying connected on the trails our GMR2 radios. Thank you for being a Rugged Radios customer!

Love this little radio. I have it in my side pouch of our dune buggy behind aluminum panels and it still works great. Hooked it up to the 696+ intercom and headsets and everything is working perfectly.

Radio works very well. I was the only rider with a radio and it got us in contact with another group to get tools out on the trail to change a tire on a rider who did not bring a spare. I bought the extended range antenna and it works really well.

I’ve used these radios that belonged to a friend before and had to have my own. Just bought a lapel mic and an extended range antenna and mic bracket are next.
