“The product is ok. However, it arrived without the bag that should have been included. I contacted customer service, which had been impeccable until that moment, and they have completely ignored me. So, it's a disappointment. I feel cheated and I will absolutely not recommend buying from this brand. It's a real shame, because the product itself seems very good.”

We understand the confusion considering the new RA200 GA headsets come with a bag. And as explained by our Sales Team in a recent call with you, the Clearance RA200 does not include a free bag. This is one of the reasons why we have it at such a great price. Thank you for understanding!
