“So I bought the Mac air pumper system it works great it really does a good job of filtering out dirt. Also I had the switch burned up on me and I emailed Rugged and they didn’t argue or anything they said sorry we will get another one out and before could finish reading the email I had a tracking number. Great company”

“I had to replace the VCS because on my 3rd ride since installing the pumper system my switch melted and smoke was pouring out of the dash. I shut it down quickly and pulled the switch out. It had a hole in the side and was swelled up. I pulled the switch from my father in laws car to use it and his was starting to melt in the same place. We bought the systems about the same time so maybe a bad batch. Rugged sent me 2 new switches under warranty and I installed mine and everything works as it should. I will be pulling the switch out after every ride to check it for heat, hopefully no more issues but my fire extinguisher is close by just in case.”

“Update on my last review. We've had a couple of the new style controllers fail on us and its most likely due to us powerwashing the interior of our X3's. Not direclty the switch, but they do get wet in the process. They tell me that in Jan 2024, they released a new version of the updated design so fingers crossed. I wouldnt go anywhere else for these pumper systems, just make sure you take care of the controller. I've torn down the old controllers and its one of the "1AM 200mV" SMD's that let the smoke out. Im going to try to repair but also I have a new version coming to test. My team at M3OffRoad utilizes more then 12 of these systems to keep us out of the dust so I can say they are the best. Just need some Switch Love. Come see us for updates.”

“Sorry for this , but this is the third switch I have had , But this one lasted the longest and did not melt down it just stopped working on the 5th day of riding . Do you make a different kind of switch..? All the other parts I purchased from you has worked great. Thanks.........”
