“They sent the wrong radio and were slow in responding to my request for exchange. Once the error was recognised, the response was excellent and all questions have been fully satisfied and resolved. I am looking forward to the use of this product.”

“Excellent warranty and customer service. Rugged replaced 2 v3 units for our church team that had experienced issues where the prongs on earpieces damaged the sockets when removing the earpiece even though we were using generic versions. We now use only the earpieces that Rugged offers even though they cost more. The old saying “ you get what you pay for “ is usually correct. The radios have proven to be a great tool for our security team and a good quality earpiece is essential. A member of our team had used Rugged radio products for several years for off roading activities and suggested we try them. We have purchased 16 radios, 2 six bank chargers, extended batteries and the longer antennas. The short antennas actually work fine for our situation and location. We have received excellent results from using the v3’s and excellent service from the folks at Rugged and anticipate a long relationship them. Thanks again Greg Gregory”
