“I love micro batches, a chance to taste something unique and with limited availability. This batch tasted great, but despite the strong box packaging, half the batch were broken, possibly the chocolate outer shell too thin or the filling too soft/runny? A disappointing presentation, but a lovely flavour.”
“Love love love, all your chocolate flavours, and the new Toffee apple doesn't disappoint. Just one thing guys, which I'm sure you would want to know. The toffee apple pouch was badly broken on opening. The other two pouches were perfect as always, and the box had not been compromised at all in transit. Wondering whether it's because the centres are softer than the other flavours. Not sure if my batch was a one off or whether other customers have had the same cracked choccies. Anyway, still a 5***** rating and I'm sure you will sort it out. Please do some more.”
“I was one of the lucky people who managed to get hold of the Toffee Apple Micro Batch chocolates which were absolutely delicious and I loved the personalised pouch. It was however disappointing that only three of the chocolates arrived unscathed as all the others had been squashed and broken. This didn’t affect the taste but it definitely impacted on their presentation. The packaging needs more work to ensure these wonderful chocolates, which are more delicate than the usual ones, arrive undamaged. Having said that, I’d definitely order them again if the possibility arose.”
“The flavour is amazing you should turn it into a permanent flavour!
However some of chocolates inside are crushed already, and I don’t think it is due to the courier since the other 2 bags of flavours are alright. I forgot to take a photo of it as well as it was all over my fingers.”
