“I'd ordered a 3 rib joint for our Christmas Day feast with family but we scaled back our plans in lockdown and Salter & King cut it into two for me. “The meat tasted superb. We were confused at the beginning due to the large size of the joint when we were cooking for four. However, it reduced down considerably as a lot of fat melted away. The net effect was the right amount of meat for four but a feeling it was expensive”
