“This is sensational. Anyone who likes good pork should buy this. For a 2kg piece I cooked at 230C for 30 mins, by this point the skin had puffed up in to nice crackling. Then 150C for 80 mins. A 10 min blast at 230C at the end helped brown the crackling. 2kg served 7 very well.”

“The Porchetta was fabulous: tasty, tender with beautiful crackling that was so easy to make as the team had scored the skin carefully. Best of all were the easy cooking instructions it came with from Gerard and Willie, along with the suggestions for vegetables etc. It was the easiest thing in the world to cook and was absolutely delicious. And just as good cold! Salter and King is the best food shop in the world, hands down.”

“I cooked this long and slow, as advised, and it was so good. A mix of loin and pork belly with just the right amount of fennel pollen flavour. It’s the first time I’ve bought this joint but will definitely buy again.”
