“Had wanted a smaller leg of lamb but not available so Jo kindly cut in half and vac packed the knuckle end for freezer. The fillet end was superb, cooked med/rare great flavour, left overs minced for shepherds pie including 1 for the freezer.”

“Very delicious, part of the bone had been cut and replaced so you could remove after cooking for easy carving. Never experienced that level of detail from a butcher before”
