We are so sorry to hear that you have received an item that was not up to our Salty Crush standards. We would usually offer to have the garment fixed by a seamstress, however, on this occasion the fault is too major to be amended. You are welcome to return with our free returns label and we are happy to send you out a replacement via express shipping as soon as you have posted the return.Alternatively if you no longer wish to hold onto the garment you can send it back to us via our free returns portal for a store credit or refund.
