Please write a short review on the product I bought a small 100ml bottle of the Pomegranate Noir Fragrance Oil and it was wonderful. It came in a glass bottle, smelt delicious and wafted beautifully around the house in a reed diffuser. I was so pleased with the product I ordered more, this time

“I bought a small 100ml bottle of the Pomegranate Noir Fragrance Oil and it was wonderful. It came in a glass bottle, smelt delicious and wafted beautifully around the house in a reed diffuser. I was so pleased with the product I ordered more, this time in a larger 500ml quantity to make it more cost effective. It arrived in a plastic bottle and didn't smell the same. Not as strong and a different note. I have used it in reed diffusers and I just can't smell it. I am really disappointed. I contacted Customer Services who took 6 days to respond, and when they did, were rather off-hand and told me it is exactly the same as the initial product and there is nothing wrong with it, insinuating I don't know what I'm talking about. They refused to replace or refund, even when I offered to send the product back. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be using this company again which is a shame, as the initial product in a glass bottle was excellent.”
